Visiting advice for a family
Dear Vasa Museet,
We are a French family (with 3 children between 8 and 12) and are planning a visit next week to the the Vasa Museet.
We have a few questions: Is there any visit organised in French ? What is the best timing to visit the museum ? Is there any interest to buy the tickets in advance (if possible) ? Thanks a lot

During normal circumstances we have guided tours in French every day and the film is shown in French several times daily. Both the film and the tour are included in the entrance price and you don't need to make a reservation.
For detailed information and schedules please see our web site: https://www.vasamuseet.se/en/visit.
Please note that there might be a queue to enter the museum so make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes before hand. We usually have less visitors in the early morning and after 15:00 if you don't plan to take the tour, although I highly recommend the tour since it is included in the ticket.
You can buy tickets at the Vasa Museum's ticket office upon arrival.
Kind regards,
Thank you.
Marta
Thank you for your question.
We do not offer guided tour in Spanish in April.
Guided tours in other languages than English are offered and included during June-August.
But you find free Spanish audioguide on our website.
For detailed information and schedules of when the film is shown in Spanish, please see our web site: https://www.vasamuseet.se/en/visit.
Best regards
