Getting there from Cruise Ship, Frihamnen

Hello,
We are visiting on Friday September 7th on the Viking Star. What is the easiest way to get the museum from the cruise ship? I think we are going to dock at Frihamnsgatan, but I'm not sure. Is there a ferry, HOHO bus or boat, or a tram?

    The Vasa Museum website lists the best way of getting to and from the museum.

    From Frihamnen you can take Bus 76 towards Norra Hammarbyhamnen and get off at Djurgårdsbron. To plan your trip with SL please visit: https://sl.se/en/

  • We will be visiting 5/18/2019 and would like to visit the museum and have early lunch or brunch. We will arrive to cruise terminal at Stadsgården around 8 am. What is the easiest and least expensive way tho get to your museum? Thanks!

    When at the terminal you can take bus 471 to Slussen from the big road (bus stop Londonviadukten).
    When at Slussen you walk up from the bus terminal to the city buses. Take bus 76 north towards Ropsten and get off at Djurgårdsbron. To plan your trip with SL please visit: https://sl.se/en/

    Please note that you can not buy a bus ticket on the bus, but need to buy them beforehand.

    Since there is construction going on in Slussen my recommendation would be to ask the staff at the cruise port how to best get to the Vasa Museum.
