QR code on prepaid tickets - do we need to bring/print anything else?

Is the prepaid email ticket receipt QR code all we need, or does something else have to be printed?

  • Dear Jeff,

    Thank you for your question!

The QR code you've received in the e-mail is all you need to enter the Vasa Museum.

Once you've bought the prepaid ticket(s) you will get your QR code, which is where your entry ticket(s) is stored, in two ways:
    1. At the confirmation page for your purchase. Here, you can click the "Print" button to print out your ticket and show the museum staff.
    2. In your confirmation e-mail. Here you can either choose to print the email or show it to the museum staff electronically.
Please note that you will receive one QR code for the entire purchase not individual QR codes.

    Kind regards,
    Emma Hejninger

  • Hello,
Is there a separate entry line for people who have purchased tickets online, or do we queue in the same line as those purchasing tickets on site. Please let me know. Thank you.
  • Dear Ellerton,

    Thank you for your question.

There is no priority queue for any type of pre purchased ticket.
All our private visitors queue in the same line.

Even during our busiest days, it rarely takes more than 10-15 minutes to enter.
