Was there a big lamp on board The Vasa?

Most ships in those days had a big lamp mounted on top of the stern. Vasa did not have one or that lamp was to fragile and therefore never been found ?

    thank you for your interesting question. We have found a couple of lanterns (at least three) on Vasa, but not the kind that would be on the stern. We do think there should be one lantern there, but we haven´t found any evidence for it.
